PROJECT TYPE: Single Family Residence

LOCATION: Cudjoe Key, FL, USA

This project adapts to the location of this property. The Florida Keys is not just a location to the inhabitants of the city, but it also is a culture. This single family residence must be able to withstand to the potential environmental factors such as storms and sea level rise.

We needed to give an identity to this house where it can be pictured within the same waterfront setting that it sits in. This can be used as a solution in terms of how single family homes can be laid out within a site that suffers from similar environmental conditions.
