PROJECT TYPE: Oceanfront Villa, 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath

LOCATION: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

STATUS: Completed 2011

Located on the Pacific Ocean in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, this villa was designed with the feel of a private residence, but the functionality of a rental property, therefore, resort style amenities and considerations were incorporated into the design.

Every guestroom has a unique character, affording every guest a unique experience, each with a view onto the ocean’s horizon line, which can be appreciated both from the bedroom and the bathrooms.

The rooftop is designed with a dining and tanning deck. The downstairs level has a dining room and a 2 story living room, opening onto an infinity pool deck, with swim up bar and a spa located next to the ocean.

Characterized by clean, geometric volumes, this villa is intended to provide a contemporary look, while incorporating vernacular language, such as the pitched barrel tile roof.

This project was done is collaboration with Cachi Perez Arquitecto y Asociados.
